Learning Recommendations:  No experience needed. This is a beginning class.

General Description:  Students will learn to read music, play chords, scales, and arpeggios. Each student will have his/her own keyboard and headphones.

Content:  We will use the Alfred Adult All-In-One piano lesson book, Level 1.

Strategies:  Students will receive weekly instruction and will have the rest of the week to practice and then pass off on the skill sheet. There will be a culminating recital.

Homework:  All piano work can be done in class. No outside time is required.
