General Description: High intensity class consisting of a combination of plyometrics, strength and endurance training.
Content: Constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life.
Strategies: Demonstration and instruction on all major Olympic lifts. Daily workouts consisting of functional movements performed at high intensity. All workouts are modified to individual ability levels.
Homework: VERY minimal 3-5 journal entries/semester
