Learning Recommendations: C+ or higher average in Pre-Calculus or a C or higher average in IB Mathematics 1.
General Description: This one-year course develops the topics of limits, derivatives, and integration and their formulas for algebraic and transcendental functions. This class covers all topics typically covered during the first two quarters of college calculus.
College Credit at Bellevue College: Students may choose to earn college credit through Bellevue College for Math 151 and Math 152 (10 credits total). Students choosing to earn college credit at Bellevue College will be charged a fee set by Bellevue College (2018-19 year the fee was $250 per course).
Content: Limits and continuity, Derivatives, Application of derivatives including related rates, motion, and optimization, Indefinite and definite Integrals, Fundamental Theorem of Calculus, First order differential equations and slope fields, Application of definite integrals including area and volumes of solids of revolutions.

Equipment to be provided by student: Graphing Calculator. TI-Nspire (Not CAS) is recommended.
