General Description: Psychology is one way to examine how our minds and bodies work together to create us as individuals.  This course will introduce you to the ways that both nature and nurture shape you and your actions in the world.

  • Sensation and Perception
  • Consciousness
  • Learning
  • Cognition

Strategies:  Students will learn through reading, reflection and discussion.

Homework:  Limited to one assignment per unit and preparation for assessments.
