Learning Recommendations: C or better in any General Physical Education class

General Description: This is a one-semester class that may be repeated and is for students who are interested improving their cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, and endurance through fitness activities that may involve dance movements.  This class will both condition and work on body placement and posture.  

Content:  Class activities include daily participation such as group hikes and runs, fitness related dance activities, and some flexibility and core training. 

Strategies:  Group projects, group choreography, daily warm-up and strengthening routines

Homework:  Minimal

Course Fee / Materials:  PE Shirt Required.
