General Description: Students possibly interested in Communications in post high school, and already proven in beginning journalism skills, serve in heightened leadership positions next year.

Content: Design, edit, manage, mentor, model, oversee, write and technologically produce varied real world aspects of compiling six (6) issues of The Forum for Skyline’s student and community base.

Strategies: Students will hone leadership skills through a combination of:

• Team collaboration
• Hands-on planning, design and production
• The writing process
• Direct instruction
• Large and small group discussion
