Learning Recommendations: Successful completion of IN250A/B - TV/Video Production 1.

General Description: Explores television and video production through advanced video techniques to create the weekly broadcast of SPTV, as well as various support videos for the Skyline community. Students will learn and participate in both field and studio broadcast journalism. Expertise in Adobe Premiere, use of video equipment, and ability to self-start and innovate are required. In addition to classroom instruction, students complete 20-hours of out of class work. Examples include filming sporting events, shooting stories that take place after school such as plays and concerts, and broadcasting for our football/basketball production team. Students will choose the hours they complete.
